I offer a complimentary consultation for prospective clients to explore whether we are the right fit. During this session, we’ll discuss your goals, I’ll answer any questions about therapy, and outline how I can support your healing journey. This is a low-pressure opportunity to get to know each other and determine if my approach aligns with your needs before beginning ongoing therapy.

Intake

The intake session is a one-hour meeting designed to help me understand why you are seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve from it. During this session, we will explore your personal history, current challenges, and goals for therapy. This session provides an opportunity for us to build rapport, clarify your needs, and collaboratively determine the best path forward for your healing journey.
