About Me

I’m so glad you’re here. I’m Sabrina, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I hold a Master’s degree from Boston University School of Social Work.

I am a trauma-informed therapist trained in EMDR, DBT-informed therapy, parts-based work, and psychedelic integration support. My approach blends evidence-based trauma treatment with nervous system awareness, helping you move beyond insight into meaningful, embodied change. Our work is collaborative and intentionally paced, prioritizing safety, clarity, and lasting growth.

I believe many of the struggles we face, such as anxiety, relationship patterns, emotional overwhelm, or feeling disconnected, are rooted in adaptive responses to past experiences. Our nervous systems learn to protect us. Therapy offers a space to understand those patterns with compassion and gently shift them in ways that feel steady and sustainable.

Outside of therapy, I find restoration in spending time in nature with my dog and paddleboarding. Being in nature reminds me of the value of rhythm, perspective, and steadiness. Qualities I strive to bring into every session.
