Psychedelic Therapy

“The only journey is the one within.” -Rainer Maria Rilke

Psychedelic experiences can bring profound insights, emotions, and sensations. Without support, one can feel confused or overwhelmed. Psychedelic integration therapy provides a safe, grounded, and trauma-informed space to explore these experiences and make meaning of them.

Integration therapy can help stabilize insights, emotions, and patterns, which can support lasting growth. Together, we work with your nervous system to clarify themes, process challenging emotions, and integrate new perspectives into your daily life.

This therapy does not involve the use or recommendation of substances; it is designed to help you integrate experiences you have already had or are legally preparing for in therapeutic or guided settings. Integration is the essential step where insights become embodied, balance is restored, and lasting transformation can take root.
