Individual Therapy

A space to understand yourself and create meaningful change

Therapy can be a place to slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin to understand patterns that may have developed for good reasons but are no longer serving you.

I work collaboratively with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, relationship patterns, and other challenges that can leave you feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of what comes next.

You don't need to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start with where you are and work together to understand what you need.

A Collaborative Approach

My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that your experiences make sense within the context of your life.

Depending on your goals and needs, our work may incorporate EMDR, DBT-informed strategies, parts-based approaches, mindfulness, and somatic practices.

Together, we'll explore the thoughts, emotions, beliefs, and patterns that may be affecting how you experience yourself and your relationships. We'll also build practical tools to help you navigate difficult moments and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.

Therapy isn't about becoming someone else. It's about developing a deeper understanding of yourself and having more choice in how you respond to what life brings.

Areas of Support

I work with adults experiencing concerns such as:

  • Trauma and PTSD

  • Anxiety and chronic worry

  • Depression and low mood

  • Grief and loss

  • Relationship patterns and interpersonal difficulties

  • Emotional overwhelm or difficulty regulating emotions

  • Shame, self-criticism, or difficulty trusting yourself

  • Life transitions and major changes

  • Feeling stuck in patterns you want to understand or change

  • Experiences that have left you feeling disconnected from yourself or others

Your experience doesn't have to fit neatly into a diagnosis for us to explore what's bringing you to therapy.

What Are Sessions Like?

There isn't a script you have to follow.

Some sessions may focus on understanding a recent experience or relationship. Others may involve learning a practical skill, noticing a pattern, processing something from the past, or simply having space to slow down and check in with yourself.

We'll work together to determine what feels most useful rather than forcing every session into the same structure.

My goal is for therapy to feel both supportive and purposeful—a place where you can be honest about what's difficult while also having practical ways to move forward.

Ready to Begin?

You don't have to know exactly what you need before reaching out. We can start with a conversation about what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping will be different.
