Connection Is Where Healing Begins.

Trauma-informed EMDR therapy for adults in Massachusetts and Colorado, offering a space to better understand yourself, process difficult experiences, and create meaningful change.

You May Be Noticing...

You may be searching for a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationships, or trying to make sense of anxiety, grief, or patterns that seem difficult to change. Maybe you’ve been in therapy before and understand why certain things affect you, but still find yourself feeling stuck.

You might feel constantly on edge, disconnected from yourself, or unsure how to move forward. Whatever brings you here, you deserve a space where you can explore your experiences with compassion, curiosity, and without judgment or shame.

Welcome to Connecting Roots Counseling

Hi, I’m Sabrina (she/her), a licensed clinical social worker providing virtual therapy for adults in Colorado and Massachusetts. As a trauma-informed EMDR therapist, I’m passionate about helping people better understand themselves and develop greater self-compassion and connection.

I support adults who want to better understand themselves, navigate patterns that may be affecting their lives and relationships, and explore how they see themselves and the world around them. Whether you're new to therapy or have been in therapy before, I meet you where you are and help you find a path forward that feels right for you.

My approach integrates DBT-informed skills, mindfulness, somatic practices, EMDR, and parts work. Together, we can build practical coping tools, strengthen the mind-body connection, and explore deeper experiences that may be shaping how you feel and relate to yourself and others. I believe healing begins with curiosity and compassion, without judgment or shame.
